  • Civil & Criminal Appeals in California State and Federal Courts

    McGuire Coats LLP represents plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of civil and criminal appeals and original proceedings, including preparation of written briefs and presentation of oral argument. Our goal is to successfully guide our client's case through the maze created by the highly technical appellate rules and procedures. Our practice focuses on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the state appeals courts in California.

We prepare post-trial motions and seek to stay the enforcement of any judgments.
